Why do we keep personal data?
We collect personal information as a legal obligation under Part A (2.1) of The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 and it is a condition of our Animal Boarding Licence. The holding of your data is necessary for us to comply with the law; to assist in good animal care; in conversations with your vet, if needed, for the care of your cat and to provide you with the best service possible. Your personal information forms part of the contract between us.

The data we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information that we hold will be held in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Who else might see it?
We will not share your information with any other 3rd party, either in the EEA (European Economic Area) or outside this area except those specified by law. Local Authority officers have a right to see your data and your vet may need your emergency contact number and may check your address.
Other use of personal data.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our website or use of online bookings. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening, although this may prevent certain features being available to you. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
How long do we hold it?
Legally we must retain your records for a minimum of 3 years beyond the boarding dates.
