Booking A stay

We use an external service provider Revelation Pets for our online booking and payment system.

Once you have created an account you can use this for all future bookings without having to resubmit all the info.

When you click on the booking link below it will open our login portal into the Revelation Pets system.  You will need to enter your information and your cat/s details.  

Once you know you dates you can request a booking and if one is available we will email you a request for a £30 deposit.  Please note if you are booking for less than 3 days the confirmation will include the minimum stay cost. Once  this is paid we will send you a detailed booking confirmation with the outstanding amounts which you can pay online before your stay or at the cattery. 

DO NOT USE AUTOFILL (TURN OFF IF POSSIBLE)

When filling in your details there are a number of save buttons below all the sections.  Complete the whole form before you save or the software will continue to request outstanding information on adjacent sections.

If you cat has, for example, no medical conditions enter - None.

When adding medication, please match the quantity with the number of days the medicine is to be administered. 

Make sure you select a pick and drop off TIME and DATE.
